Residential Treatment Center

Petty Creek Ranch

Petty Creek Ranch is a faith-based behavioral modification and substance abuse treatment program for at-risk teenage boys, ages 12-18. Located in a remote cabin in Alberton Montana, Petty Creek Ranch is a Department of Health and Human Services inpatient chemical dependency treatment facility that is owned and operated by a Catholic family who is committed to helping the youth overcome their struggles in order to regain control of their lives. We offer the young men who enter our program a chance to reflect and rebuild themselves in a therapeutic environment that is free of all social and sexual distractions, negative peer pressure, and drug and alcohol use.

PATH at Stone Summit Inc.

Set on 39 acres with panoramic views of the Green Mountains, PATH at Stone Summit provides an ideal setting for young adults ages 18-30 to learn the skills necessary to succeed in the challenges of life. The Program for Adult Transition to Health (PATH) is designed to provide a bridge to health after either an intensive residential treatment or outpatient process. It is designed for young adults who have tried to move forward into adulthood and found the process too challenging. Our unique approach is intended to build upon the skills that the individual already possesses and to provide ongoing stability and a supportive framework in which our residents can begin to create the life that they want for themselves.

Northwest Passage – Prairieview (adolescent females age 12-17)

From its genesis in 1978, Northwest Passage programming has focused on blending traditional mental health treatment with arts and nature-based therapy. Though the problems facing children and teens have evolved since 1978, the fundamental needs for self-respect, trust, relationships, and steady guidance remain the same. And while Northwest Passage has grown in size and sophistication, we’ve never lost sight of the foundations all children need to be successful. Above anything else, Northwest Passage’s goal is to restore hope in our clients. By investing in the lives of marginalized youth, we are influencing and changing how mental health is ultimately treated and viewed. The transformations we see are no less than extraordinary.
