Set on 39 acres with panoramic views of the Green Mountains, PATH at Stone Summit provides an ideal setting for young adults ages 18-30 to learn the skills necessary to succeed in the challenges of life. The Program for Adult Transition to Health (PATH) is designed to provide a bridge to health after either an intensive residential treatment or outpatient process. It is designed for young adults who have tried to move forward into adulthood and found the process too challenging. Our unique approach is intended to build upon the skills that the individual already possesses and to provide ongoing stability and a supportive framework in which our residents can begin to create the life that they want for themselves.

At New Directions, we provide transitional services for typical young adults with unique challenges. Many of our clients come from colleges and universities from different parts of the United States and abroad. New Directions is dedicated to helping these students to become successful and independent. We follow a “work hard, play hard” mentality.
